Creativity @ Home
Creative Minds is a program that I have started in responce to the Covid 19 Pandemic. This program supports individuals in their homes to practice mindfulness (which is known to alleviate stress and help promote wellbeing) using creative media and materials.
The sessions are held every Saturday @ 10am via Zoom. The sessions are completely free to join and ongoing support is available for those who take part.
